How do the credits work?
At the start of your membership you receive two credits. Each credit equals one measurement of your choice, valued up to € 130. You decide when to use them and what for.
Do my credits expire at the end of the year?
No, your credits have no fixed expiry date. As long as your membership is active, unused credits remain available. So you do not lose them if you skip a measurement one year.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Your membership runs per year and you may cancel at any time before the next renewal. Your credits and discount remain valid until the end of the paid period.
How does the 15% discount work?
As soon as you are a member, the discount is applied automatically to every additional measurement and individual biomarker you order. You do not need to enter a code.
Where and how is my blood collected?
We work without a home test. You book an appointment at one of our collection points near you; there a staff member draws your blood and the laboratory processes your sample.
